Meet Rosie
People describe me as caring, calm and creative. I bring authenticity, kindness and where it feels right, a little humour into the therapy room. Even when we're exploring painful experiences, I believe moments of lightness can remind us that healing is possible.
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist in advanced clinical training and am currently completing the final year of my master's degree at the Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and am a trainee member of both the UKCP and the BACP.
Before training as a therapist, I completed an undergraduate degree in Paramedic Science and have spent the last 20 years working as an NHS paramedic. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting people through trauma, crisis, grief and some of life's most difficult moments.
These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the importance of compassion, presence and genuine human connection. They continue to shape the therapist I am today, providing a strong foundation for the way I work with clients.

Therapeutic Approach
A Safe Space
Sometimes life brings challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone. Therapy offers a safe and compassionate space to explore what you're experiencing, build understanding and find a way forward.
Change, loss, uncertainty and life’s pressures can feel overwhelming. I believe that healing begins when we feel truly seen, heard and understood. Therapy offers something many of us don't experience often enough—a space to slow down, be met without judgement and begin to understand yourself with curiosity and compassion.
Individual Support
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can explore whatever has brought you to therapy. Using an integrative approach, I tailor our work to you as an individual. Together, we'll make sense of your experiences, gently untangle unhelpful patterns and help you move towards a greater understanding of yourself.
Finding Hope
I don't believe people are broken. However difficult things may feel, I believe change is possible and that there is always hope. Our minds and bodies often develop ways of coping that once protected us but may no longer serve us.
Together, we'll gently explore and make sense of these patterns, helping you understand yourself with greater compassion and discover new ways of moving forward. You don't need to have the right words or all the answers before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are.

"Healing happens in the pauses, where we find the space to simply be."
